The dream of Acorn Hill began in the spring of 2021. After a year of lockdown due to the pandemic, it became more apparent than ever, the importance of community, wonder, and play.
Located in Ashland, Massachusetts, on a hill surrounded by beautiful Oak trees, Acorn Hill is filled with the most wondrous things. Here you might find our chipmunk and squirrel friends scurrying around collecting acorns for winter or see the flock of wild turkeys taking their morning stroll through the garden. Whatever you discover at Acorn Hill, we hope it is as magical for you as it is for us. Enjoy.
The Gardens at Acorn Hill
Inspired by the cottage gardens of children's storybooks, our garden is designed to transform you to a magical place the moment you step inside. It is filled with fruits and vegetables, herbs, and a winding path of billowing flowers.
We welcome all wildlife into the garden and make sure to plant extra just for them. Bluebirds perch atop the trellis, squirrels nibble on the strawberries, and turkeys and deer wander through searching for something delicious to try.
The Garden at Acorn Hill is a certified Wildlife Habitat, and we are committed to creating a habitat where all can thrive.
As with any garden, this space is always evolving. You never know where our creative spirit will take us!
