Advocating for Compassionate Change
Compassion for Yourself, for the Animals, and for the Earth.
Whole Foods Plant-Based Lifestyle
In 2016, my father died of a heart attack at the age of 57. I believe that this was mostly due to the Standard American Diet he was eating and that he could have been helped by eating a Whole Foods Plant-Based Diet. I resolved to learn more about the WFPB lifestyle and am proud to say that I am now a graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Plant-Based Nutrition Program through eCornell.
It's not surprising that many of us are so confused about what we should be eating. We have been told conflicting information year after year and unfortunately it has been detrimental to our health. So much time has been spent looking at individual components of nutrition and not looking at the person as a whole.
Let me help you uncover the benefits of living a Whole Foods Plant-Based Lifestyle. I am available to give presentations or talk one on one about steps to get you started on the path.
My true passion is advocating for the animals.
After listening to animal rights activist,
James Aspey and watching the documentary, "Earthlings" my eyes were opened and I became Vegan.
Once you stop thinking of animals as merely a product or commodity and start thinking of them each as a species that want the same thing as you and me (wanting to live, be safe, have a family and love) your whole perspective changes.
I'd love to connect with you if you are interested in Veganism or actively transitioning and need advice. I'm also available to give presentations on the benefit and impact of Veganism.
