I spend my days with my hands in the soil, reading children's books, playing in treehouses, and swinging from tree swings. It's all I need in life.
Inspired by books like Brambly Hedge, Peter Rabbit, and Winnie the Pooh, I dreamt of living in a place that was filled with memories, magic, and wonder. I too needed a Hundred Acre Wood.
And with that, I created Acorn Hill. Acorn Hill is not only a place, but a feeling, a doorway back to childhood. It's filled with treehouses, tree swings, a library filled with magical children's books, and a garden overflowing with gorgeous fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs.
Periodically, we host events at Acorn Hill and invite the neighborhood over for story time and wonder walks through the garden. As a humane educator, I believe play can be a powerful tool in helping us feel connected to the magic of the natural world.

With love,
Abby
